Members are free - non-members are $5.00 per class
The "Young at Heart Class" is designed for improving balance, muscle strength, and range of motion. Suggested for but not limited to senior citizens. Wear sturdy shoes, comfortable clothing and bring water to drink. Enter at the west door of the Community Center. Classes are free to the community.
