School Counseling Program
The school counseling program mission is to provide students with academic, social-emotional, and college/career readiness skills necessary for success. I hope to create a safe learning environment where all students feel valued and cared for.
School Counselors support students in a variety of ways. Listed below are some (not all) of the different ways school counselors may assist students:
About Miss Renollet
In 2013, I received my Master’s of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Bowling Green State University. After graduation, I worked for 3 years as a child mental heath counselor at a local mental health agency. I gained valuable knowledge and skills working in community mental health but found my passion working as an school counselor. Prior to working at Elmwood, I worked as an elementary counselor at Bryan City Schools . I am very excited to be working with the students in grades K-4 at Elmwood Elementary.
